The Collective is a paid media advisory membership for founders, owners and in-house marketers running their own Meta ads. Two times a month, bring your real campaigns, creative and questions to a live 75-minute session with Prash Brooks, and leave knowing what to do next.
Sound familiar?
CPA has been fine for ten days and the budget hasn't moved. Is this the moment to add 20%, or is there something underneath that a bigger budget would only make louder?
A new concept has spent $600 and produced one sale. Is it a loser, or is it three days into learning and you're about to pull it right before it turns?
Clicks are up, sales are flat. It could be the ads, the offer, the landing page or the tracking. From inside Ads Manager they all look the same.
The thread said to consolidate everything into one campaign. That was a $50k-a-month DTC brand. You're a $4k-a-month service business with a two-week sales cycle.
These aren't knowledge gaps. They're judgment calls. That's what The Collective is for.
How membership works
Experienced judgment, applied to your actual business. The live sessions are how it gets delivered.
Submit it before the session with the context that matters: screenshots, the numbers, what you've already tried.
Prash takes the questions in the session. When yours is selected for a live review, he opens it up on screen and talks through what he sees and why.
Every business reviewed leaves with a short, concrete list: what to change, what to leave alone, and what to watch.
Next session, report back. What moved, what didn't, and what the next decision is now.
Someone else's budget question this month is your budget question next month, with the reasoning already laid out. Watching a creative review on a business that isn't yours is often the clearest way to see what's going on in your own.

Meet Prash
I've spent 16 years making paid media decisions. The part I've always liked most is making them with someone, live, on their actual account.
I worked on the inside at Meta and at Shopify, and in 2017 I founded PixelFolk, a paid marketing agency I still run today. Along the way I've been the client, the platform and the agency, which turns out to be useful when the question is "whose fault is this?"
I like thinking on my feet. I like the moment on a call where a vague worry ("I think something's off") turns into a specific decision ("pause that ad set, leave the budget, fix the event first"). That's what the sessions are built around.
My approach is the same whether it's a client account or a member's: understand the context, find the one decision that actually matters right now, and help you act on it. Not a hundred recommendations. The next right move.
There's more good information about Meta ads than ever, and AI will hand you a competent answer to almost any question. What it can't know is your margins, your last three tests, or which of its five answers fits your business. That part is judgment, and judgment is what we work on together.
Who it fits
The Collective is guidance, not management. If you'd rather hand the account over, that's a different service: The Co-Pilot from Optimize My Ads for one channel, or PixelFolk for full service.

Frequently asked
Founders, business owners and in-house marketers who are already running Meta ads, manage the execution themselves or with a small team, and want an experienced perspective on what to do next. If you've ever stared at Ads Manager wondering whether to scale, pause or wait, it's for you.
Yes. The sessions work on real campaigns, real creative and real numbers. If you're pre-launch, get a campaign live first. You'll get far more out of a review when there's something to review.
Each session is 75 minutes, live, led by Prash. Questions come in ahead of time. Prash works through them, selecting some for a live on-screen review of the campaign, creative, landing page or performance in question. Every business reviewed leaves with specific next steps, and everyone else leaves with the reasoning behind them.
No, and it's better to say that up front. You can submit a question every session, but a personal review isn't guaranteed each time. Selection depends on the time available and how relevant the question is to the group. Members tend to get a lot from the other reviews, because the decisions repeat across businesses more than you'd think.
Every session is recorded and shared with members along with concise written takeaways. If your question was submitted and selected, the review still happens and the next steps are in the recording.
Questions are submitted before each session, so there's always a place for them. The membership doesn't include unlimited private messaging or ongoing account monitoring between sessions. If you need that level of involvement, that's a managed engagement rather than an advisory one.
Not through The Collective. This is group guidance: you make the changes, with better information about which changes to make. If you'd rather hand over the account, The Co-Pilot runs one channel for you, and PixelFolk is the full-service agency.
Membership is month to month with no minimum term. Cancel any time before your next renewal date and you won't be charged again. No forms to argue with, no retention call.
This is a founding membership, so the first session dates are being set now. Members get the schedule by email as soon as they join, and session links and reminders before each one.
For now, yes. Meta is where most members' money and most of the hard decisions are, so that's where the sessions focus. Questions that touch the offer, the landing page or tracking are fair game because they're usually where the Meta problem actually lives.
