Benefits resetting on January 1, holiday promos, the New Year rush: most clinics have a season when they want every appointment filled. Plug in your numbers and get a day-by-day Meta budget plan for it, built on the planning framework I use with clients: when to raise spend, by how much, and when to prepare new creative.
Amounts show in $, but enter them in whatever currency your ad account uses. Your plan uses that same currency.
These are budget estimates from the schedule below, not predicted spend or results. The plan runs through the last day of your busy season. The day after is left out until you decide your budget from there.
Before every increase, check two things: yesterday you spent at least 90% of your budget, and your cost per booking (CPA) since the last change is on target. The schedule assumes both pass. If either fails, hold for a day and move each later increase back a day.
This plans your total daily Meta budget. Spread each increase across the campaigns that are earning it. It doesn't mean raising every campaign or ad set by the same percentage.

These are conservative planning assumptions based on how I approach scaling into peak season. They're not Meta requirements, and following them doesn't guarantee results. The calculator applies them for you.
Smaller, steadier steps give delivery time to adjust. Some accounts can take bigger moves; this framework plans conservatively.
Wait at least 24 hours between increases. Then check two things: did you spend at least 90% of yesterday's budget, and is your CPA since the last change on target? If not, hold and push the rest of the schedule back a day.
A rough guide to creative depth, not a rule. Start preparing new concepts a few days before you need them, and launch them when your testing supports it, not just because budget went up.
A ramp plan only works if what you're scaling is healthy. Get an ex‑Meta expert to look under the hood before your busy season does.
